1．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要職責(zé)
?Responsible for cushion laser cutting and sewing process.
?Create process documentation, Process Flow Chart, PFMEA (according to latest version of guideline), Process Instructions (according to valid 11-color procedure)
?Follow PFMEA high risk table and provide immediate improvements to manufacturing process steps with the highest severity, frequent occurrence of failure and pure detection of failure
?Support production line to do the process failure analysis and product diagnosis
?Study and improve of process flow to ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipment as optimized
?Continuously improve manufacturing processes at the plant by designing of new tool/ fixture / gages as well as new machines build according to lean manufacturing, safety and ergonomics roles
?Sear for new techniques and method to make process stable, safe and fast running
?Ensure stability of running processes based on SPC and MSA guideline
?Perform qualification of new equipment/machine in the launch phase
?Perform process/product training for operators, maintenances and quality staff as well
Participate in new product launching by giving support to entire new project management team

2.EY COMPETENCIES資格能力要求
??Hands on experience of cushion laser cutting and cushion sewing process is a must.
??Hands on experience of “brother” sewing machine trial run, debugging is a plus.
??Be in charge of closure of actions included in OIL (Open Issue List) on time
??Take care of condition of equipment, tooling and other jigs and fixtures used in process
??Responsible for creation of BOMs (bill of material) in QAD system
??Responsible for verification of BOM content against information included in drawings
??Responsible for all NCTs (Nonconformity Tickets) found in line and coming from process
??Follow 5S roles in production area as well as in other area in plant
??Support quality team and other department with all actions to improve quality, reduce scrap and increase line productivity
??Good communication in both Chinese and English.
??Have good computer skills especially MS Office package, AutoCad/pro-E/Cateria as well as 3D modeling software i.e. AutoCad Inventor/SolidEdge/Solidworks or other similar
??Have the professional engineering level of knowledge especially in mechanics and machine building
??Have the professional level of knowledge about product and process in responsible area
??Know basic problem-solving tools (Pareto, Brain Storming, Fishbone (6M) Diagram, 5Why, 6 Sigma)
??Aware of escalation policy
??Work with LM roles (5S, SMED, 7 Wastes, Cycle time line balancing, Bottle neck management, TPM, etc.)
??React on all dangerous behaviors which may cause body injury / death for operators, maintenance staff, warehouse staff and any other group of workers with external visitors (subcontractors) included

3. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
Educational:Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electronic engineering;

Experiences:
??5+years experience in mechanical assembly or electronic manufacturing industries;
??Equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus.
??Familiar with automation mechanical assembly line process and equipment
??Familiar with PLC (AB, Siemens), AutoCAD, and ability for tooling/fixture design /upgrading;
