工作內容 工作內容包括：

與商場的商業團隊緊密合作，確保宜家頻繁見諸各大媒體，確保宜家產品系列讓顧客產生更多地光臨宜家。

對宜家產品系列、本國重點、銷量目標、本地市場情況和本地競爭對手商鋪擁有深刻的認識，藉此來推動門店商業日程的開展。

積極配合商業日程，協調各種活動，制定計劃，幫助確保所在商場備足存貨。

協助迅速執行各種計劃中的活動，確保商場在任何時候都能保持活躍的購物氛圍。

分析活動表現，確認成功的活動、解決方案和想法。籍此來更好地規劃未來的活動，并向向同事反饋什么有效，什么無效。

ABOUT THE JOB Store commercial activity leaders optimise sales and profitability by generating more traffic to the IKEA store. You will work with your store’s commercial team to lead and implement the commercial calendar process. This exciting challenge calls for a flexible person who can apply her/his knowledge of the IKEA product range, the local market, competition and customers to retail sales.



YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:

Securing the vitality of the IKEA store in all media by working closely with your store commercial team using the IKEA product range to ensure customers feel inspired to visit the store more frequently.

Excellent knowledge of the IKEA product range, national priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions and local store competitors. You will use this information to drive the store commercial calendar.

Working proactively with the commercial calendar, co-ordinating activities and advance planning to help ensure your store has the correct stock availability.

Supporting a fast implementation of different planned activities to ensure the most commercial expression in the store at all times.

Analysing activity performance, and identifying successful activities, solutions and ideas. You will use this information to improve your planning of future activities and giving feedback to colleagues on what has worked and what has not.

宜家天津中北商場位于天津市西青區中北鎮，將于2018年夏天正式營業。宜家天津中北商場是宜家在中國的第26家商場，也是宜家在天津的第2家商場。商場建筑面積為五萬五千平方米，經營近萬種宜家品牌的家具和家居用品，免費停車位約800個。
