Requirements：

Bachelor or Master degree in related major (Mechanical Design, engineering preferred);

本科或碩士學歷，機械設計或工程專業優先; Experience in Engineering area for at least 5 years ; managing experience would be a benefit;

5年以上相關工作經驗，有管理經驗者尤佳;

Good English both written and oral;

良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;

Good knowledge in stamping and assembly processes;

掌握沖壓及組裝工藝相關知識;

Good knowledge about APQP , PPAP , SPC , FMEA , MSA, TS16949 , lean manufacturing , etc;

掌握APQP , PPAP , SPC , FMEA , MSA, TS16949 , lean manufacturing 等知識;

Good understanding for drawing , DIN/ISO standard;

良好的圖紙理解能力、掌握DIN/ISO標準知識;

Good Knowledge of GD&T;

了解幾何尺寸與公差方面的知識;

Strong communication internally and externally;

內部/外部溝通能力強;

Project management (cost , quality , timely);

懂得項目管理（成本，質量，時間）;



Main Responsibility：

Support technical review for new project , preparing calculation, MFA ,budget with CSPP

對新項目，對CSPP價格核算，MFA及預算等事項進行技術支持;

Create the project plan and monitor the schedule and reaction plan if necessary

如有需要，創建并跟蹤項目計劃以及應急計劃;

Work together with quality planner for APQP

與質量計劃員一同處理APQP;

Support sourcing and process audit for new project

對于新項目，協助進行供應商開發及制程審核;

Supplier PPAP approval

批準供應商PPAP;

Assure all quality documents are valid , such as drawing , CP , process data sheet , packing proposal

確保所有的質量文件是有效的，例如圖紙，CP，制程數據表單，包裝方案等;

Responsible for PPAP submission and get approval

負責PPAP的提交并獲得通過;
