工作職責(zé)：

1.統(tǒng)籌負(fù)責(zé)移動(dòng)儲(chǔ)能項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理（包括上下游對(duì)接、人員管理、安全管理、設(shè)備管理等）；

2.根據(jù)運(yùn)行需求，完成在熱源側(cè)和用戶側(cè)的充放熱管道對(duì)接及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理，確保安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行；

3.負(fù)責(zé)移動(dòng)蓄熱產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)行方案、規(guī)程的編制及修訂；

4.負(fù)責(zé)與技術(shù)人員對(duì)接完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)相關(guān)問題整改完善；

5.根據(jù)供熱項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行需求，負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)輸車輛手續(xù)辦理，車輛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度分配等工作；

6.及時(shí)反饋運(yùn)行過程中各種技術(shù)、運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理方面的問題，并跟蹤完善；

7、根據(jù)上級(jí)指示，完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。

崗位要求：

1、熟悉鍋爐 、壓力容器設(shè)備管理，具備壓力容器操作及維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

2、了解各種閥門原理結(jié)構(gòu)，能簡(jiǎn)單處理閥門等附件故障；

3、從事過移動(dòng)供熱項(xiàng)目或具備相關(guān)運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備CNG/LNG等工業(yè)氣體點(diǎn)供行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、加氣站，加油站管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮；

4、熟練操作帶壓特種設(shè)備，熟悉三軸半掛車上牌，罐箱，罐車運(yùn)營(yíng) 證辦理及移動(dòng)供熱運(yùn)行調(diào)度業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)先。 。
