Job Responsibilities:As the Global EMBA Marketing/Branding Senior executive, your responsibilities will be diverse and require a strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills. Here's an overview of how you might approach this role:1. Conduct thorough market research： to understand your target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points. Analyze competitor offerings and positioning to differentiate your Global EMBA program. Define the unique value proposition of your program and develop a clear brand message that resonates with potential students.2. Plan and Execute Branding Events: Ideate and design events that showcase the Global EMBA program's strengths, faculty, and alumni network. These could include open houses, webinars, info sessions, alumni panels, or industry-focused workshops.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (admissions, faculty, alumni relations) to plan and execute events. Ensure logistics, speaker coordination, and on-site management are seamless.4. Event ****uation: Measure the success of each event through attendance, engagement metrics, and feedback surveys. Use this data to refine future event strategies.5. Website and mini-website Management: Regularly update and maintain the website’s content. Ensure website functionality, layout, and navigation are up-to-date and user-friendly. Monitor website performance. 6. Collaborate with Admissions: Work closely with the admissions team to ensure marketing efforts align with recruiting goals and timelines. Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation at recruiting events, including pre-event promotions, on-site engagement tactics, and post-event follow-up. Ensure all lead data is accurately captured and integrated into the CRM system for seamless follow-up by the admissions team.7. Creative Production?**** Design: Create visually appealing ****s for events, campus displays, and online promotion.?Short Videos: Develop short, impactful videos that showcase program highlights, student testimonials, or faculty insights. Use video editing software to produce high-quality content.?Graphic Design: Design other marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email templates, and infographics to support various marketing initiatives.By executing these strategies and tasks effectively, you can play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand image and driving enrollment for the Global EMBA program.Job Requirements:--5 years’ working experience in project management and business administration Preferable with event management experience--Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Good public speaking skills --Detail-orientated, and customer service-oriented approach--Strong sense of responsibility and high ethical standards--Mature, team-p**** --Energetic--English and Mandarin proficiency prior overseas study or living experience is a plus--Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)--Flexible regarding international travel and working over weekends --Bachelor’s Degree or above.
