職責描述：
Under supervision of Shop Manager, supervises, guides, directs and provides technical instruction to Shop Personnel to efficiently handle repair jobs. To perform engineering analysis, project assignments, design review, and testing that requires judgment in the application of standard technique and procedures and the use of gained experience to evaluate the results and make recommendations.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES：
1. Ensure work is performed promptly and in accordance to high standards to create and improve customer relations and profitability to Company.
2. Supervise and coordinate all activities to ensure quick, thorough, and accurate completion of all repair, production, and parts work through the Service shop.
3. Plans, budgets, schedules and performs engineering assignments toward specified objectives within allocated time, schedule, cost and constraint established by supervision.
4. Develops, applies and test designs under supervision for new repair opportunity, special application /systems and existing products/systems improvements.
5. Plans, prepares and executes under supervision experimental program for the development of new or existing repair opportunity, design procedures. method or systems and issue applicable documentation,
6. Executes changes under supervision to existing component designs and repair methods as required for shop orders product improvements, manufacturing considerations and field modifications
7. Responsible for planning, organizing (under supervision) and completion of major elements of the technical plan.
Provides participative direction to those performing the assignment in the calculation and analysis of data and final reporting,
8. Provides technical information, co-ordinates and follows up in intra/inter- departmental activities to insure conformance to design and quality standards.
9. Approves layouts and drawings for assigned projects, issues appropriate documentation and informs supervision of activity status.
10. Provides specialized technical support/information to Sales and Service as assigned.
11. Provides innovation and original ideas.
12. Maintains awareness to new and state-of-the-art technology, competitive intelligence and new turbomachinery applications/user requirements.
13. Administers capital and inter-departmental programs as assigned by supervision.
14. Maintains knowledge of company objectives and technical plan as applied to assignment and related products/systems/functions.
15. Promotes, implements and reflects productivity and quality ideas as relates to assigned function.
16. Pursues a personal career development plan prepared in conjunction with supervision.
17. Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
18. Performs planning and technical detailing for field service jobs in order to establish the service work requirements to be performed
19. Establishes quality and documentation requirements for repair jobs.
任職要求：
1. Graduate of an engineering curriculum with degree and specialized training and experience in turbomachinery and related disciplines that provides technical qualification for assigned function.
2. Demonstrated effective judgment and independence of action.
3. Must be able to understand and react to demands of customers or problems and effectively resolve disputes and problems.
4. Knowledge of company policies, markets, organization structure and procedures.
5. Preferably have turbomachinery or rotating pump repairing experience.
6. Good communication skill, both English and Mandarin.
