數(shù)字化部署經(jīng)理Position: Digital Deployment Manager專職或兼職均可考慮！職責(zé)：對公司數(shù)字化項目的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計、實施和管理，包括制定項目計劃、安排資源、把控進度和質(zhì)量，確保項目按時交付且達到預(yù)期性能指標(biāo)；對公司現(xiàn)有流程梳理，整理，建模并建立成數(shù)據(jù)倉；負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)和平臺的建立，對接IT部門，從業(yè)務(wù)角度充分利用數(shù)據(jù)平臺工具，為AI、數(shù)字化工廠提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ) 建立平臺管理數(shù)據(jù)倉數(shù)據(jù)；對接新系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)入（SAP,MES等）；Key Responsibilities:?Plan, design, implement, and manage digital projects, including developing project plans, allocating resources, controlling progress and quality, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting performance targets.?Organize, model, and establish a data warehouse for existing company processes.?Oversee the establishment of data collection systems and platforms, collaborating with IT departments to fully leverage data platform tools from a business perspective, providing a foundation for AI and digital factories.?Develop and manage platforms for data warehouse management.?Integrate new system (e.g., SAP, MES, etc.) to central platform經(jīng)驗要求：有MES、ERP、PLM、SCADA等系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)入經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 有邊緣計算經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；有數(shù)據(jù)倉經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；（部署，建模）有能力主導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)（如SAP、數(shù)據(jù)中臺）的架構(gòu)重構(gòu)與性能調(diào)優(yōu)，確保高可用性、可擴展性及安全性熟悉電子行業(yè)制造業(yè)流程；有電子行業(yè)系統(tǒng)數(shù)字化項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；（涵蓋數(shù)據(jù)分析、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、部署、測試、發(fā)布、跨系統(tǒng)接口對接）熟悉生產(chǎn)與供應(yīng)鏈領(lǐng)域的業(yè)務(wù)場景，了解相關(guān)行業(yè)痛點與技術(shù)解決方案；有獨立負(fù)責(zé)項目經(jīng)驗；有第三方顧問公司經(jīng)驗，愿意Part time提供服務(wù)者亦可。技能要求：5年Java開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，熟悉Spring MVC/Spring Boot框架；5年Spring Cloud微服務(wù)架構(gòu)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，熟悉其核心組件（如gateway、Nacos、MyCAT、SEATA等）的使用與配置；（有更好，不是必要條件）熟悉分布式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)，了解微服務(wù)架構(gòu)的制造工廠實踐項目經(jīng)驗。熟練掌握常用數(shù)據(jù)庫（如MSSQL、MySQL、PostgreSQL）及緩存技術(shù)（如Redis）；了解Docker及容器化部署技術(shù)，熟悉CI/CD流程；對數(shù)據(jù)有敏感度；優(yōu)秀的邏輯思維、文檔表達、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，項目管理能力；良好的英文能力，包括聽說讀寫。Experience Requirements:?Experience with the implementation of MES, ERP, PLM, SCADA, and similar systems is preferred.?Familiarity with related computing is a plus.?Experience in data warehousing (deployment, modeling) is preferred.?Capable of leading architecture reconstruction and performance tuning for critical systems (e.g., SAP, data centers), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.?Familiarity with manufacturing processes in the electronics industry, with experience in digital transformation projects in the sector (covering data analysis, system architecture, deployment, testing, release, and cross-system integration).?Knowledge of business scenarios in production and supply chain fields, along with an understanding of industry pain points and technical solutions.?Proven experience in independent project management.Skill Requirements:?Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, with proficiency in Spring MVC/Spring Boot ****works.?At least 5 years of experience in Spring Cloud microservice architecture, including familiarity with core components such as Gateway, Nacos, MyCAT, SEATA, etc. (This is preferred but not mandatory).?Strong understanding of distributed system design and implementation, with practical project experience in manufacturing environments using microservice architecture.?Proficient in commonly used databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching technologies (e.g., Redis).?Familiarity with Docker, containerization deployment, and CI/CD processes.?Strong analytical skills and data sensitivity.?Excellent logical thinking, documentation, communication, and project management skills.?Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
